K-CART Upcoming Events: SAVE THE DATE(S)

We have a busy spring planned at the Kansas Center For Autism Research and Training, focusing on April, Autism Awareness Month.

Some upcoming events:

Tuesday, April 3rd, 6:00pm at Edwards Campus: K-CART hosts the Johnson County Transition Council and Disability Rights Center Medicaid Managed Care Forum. This forum will focus on the potential of the new KanCare Medicaid managed care system, and will examine its impact on people with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities of all ages.  This event is free and open to the public.
Saturday, April 21st, 9:00am at Edwards Campus: K-CART is pleased to partner with the Fragile X Links group and the Center For Child Health and Development to present a regional Fragile X Conference, with keynote speaker Elizabeth M. Berry-Kravis, MD, PhD.  Stay tuned for registration details.
Wed. April 25th 6:00pm  at the Boulevard Brewery in Kansas City: Autism Border Challenge IV, K-CART’s annual fundraiser with the Thompson Center.  Registration details coming soon.

Sat. April 28th, 9:00am at KU Edwards Campus: KANSABA Conference. Kansas is please to host KANSABA (Kansas Association for Behavior Analysts) for its annual conference.  For program details and registration information, go here:
