SOAR Special Needs Ministry- Upcoming Events

Your SOAR Special Needs Ministry at Grace Church wants to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This is a glorious time as we celebrate Jesus as the True Reason for the Season! I pray for your family and we at SOAR look forward to blessing your family even more in 2014!

Every year we ask our families to complete new plan of care forms and consents. I have attached both. Please complete these and either scan them and email them back to me or mail/fax them to the address below. If you just completed one in December, you do not need to update one. This is important for us to give your child the absolute best care possible.

Please mark your calendar for our 2014 Events:

• SOARly Needed R&R Respite Nights: Jan 31, Mar 28, May 30, July 23 (Wednesday), Sept 26, Nov 21.
  • Now at 2 locations! SOAR individuals and siblings birth – 4 y/o will be at Grace Church while Siblings 5 y/o-13 y/o will be at Redeemer Presbyterian Church just 1 block to the West on 159^th.
  •  Taking RSVP for Jan 31 now.
• SOAR Adult Class – Sunday’s at 11am, for Middle School and older. Starts Jan 12^th! For those who don’t do well in the main worship service or need the message at a level they can better understand. RSVP needed.
• SOAR Family Support Group – 3^rd Saturday from 6-7pm every month. Next one is Jan 18, Infant Toddler Services presenting – childcare provided, need RSVP.
• SOAR SBO (VBS) – June 9-13, evenings. Limited spots will be available, save the date!
• SOAR & Champion Special Ministries Special Need Day Camp: July 14-18, save the date! More information coming!

Please save the above dates! Remember that you do NOT need to attend Grace Church to participate in any of our SOAR activities!
