BEYOND THE DIAGNOSIS: Autism Across the LifeSpan Conference On October 18th and 19th!
Hello Everyone-
Johnson County Community College and K-CART are once again hosting the Autism Across the LifeSpan Conference on Oct 18th and 19th.
I am excited because we are going to do the self advocacy seminar again for ALL students in the Transition Programs, Life Skills, 18 to 21 Programs and Communications Classrooms-
This seminar is FREE-
It will be located at a new location at the JCCC Campus which can hold more students- it will be in the Hudson Auditorium in the Nerman Museum. There will be easy access to drop off the students and enter the location.
The program will start at 9:15am to about 11:45am on Oct 18th– Carrie and Johnna from the Kansas Youth Empowerment Academy will be presenting the program.
Last year it was a huge success and we hope you can join us again.
