Skills to Succeed Parent Survey

Hello!  We would love your assistance in getting this survey out to parents of children under the age of 12 who have been diagnosed with Autism, PDD-NOS, ADD, ADHD, high anxiety disorder, etc. in the Kansas City area.

Skills to Succeed is committed to helping families be successful, and in talking with parents, it is clear that resources that provide support to children with clinical and developmental needs in the evening are scarce. Finding experienced and enthusiastic people who you can trust to care for your child can be a challenge, but it’s important for all parents to take time for themselves when they can know that their kids are safe, having fun, and learning. Please take a few moments to answer this short survey so that we can best assess your needs in the design of our program.
