FMS Memo from SRS- Implementation Date Changed to November 1st

Previously FMS was intended to be effective September 1.  The State of Kansas has changed the effective date to November1st.  (see attached memo)  We still encourage families to send in their paperwork and get set up now so we can meet all of the state requirements, and your Case Manager can get the Plan of Care changed.
