2020 Together We Can Learn Virtual Conference

Transition planning for students age 14 and over is crucial in increasing successful outcomes for life after high school. Participants of this breakout session will learn how to effectively use transition services in the IEP to prepare for the future and how Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) can assist in preparing the student for postsecondary education and/or competitive integrated employment. Visit our website for more information and to register.
