2018 Self-Advocate Coalition of Kansas (SACK) Annual Conference
For several years the CDDO of Southeast Kansas (CDDO of SEK) has sponsored scholarships to the SACK Annual Conference for persons receiving I/DD supports in our southeast Kansas service area. As we did last year, we will sponsor seven (7) scholarships to the 2018 Conference. The Conference dates are June 22-24 2018, at the Downtown Topeka Ramada Inn, Topeka, Kansas,
The CDDO of SEK will pay $150 registration, plus $15 for a Conference T-Shirt, for a total of $165 per person.
Please submit the names of persons you support in our southeast Kansas service area (Cherokee, Crawford, Labette, and Montgomery counties) who want to apply for a CDDO sponsored scholarship by email to Amy DeMoss, CDDO Director, at [email protected] by Friday, May 18, 2018. We will select seven (7) names at random and will notify the service providers of those selected.
The CDDO will issue separate checks, payable to SACK, for each person selected and will send the checks to the applicable service provider(s) to include with the completed registration forms. The CDDO will not complete registration forms or send registration forms to SACK.
