Feb. 26th Resource Fair Info.

Format – The fair is an open house format from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. There are no formal presentations. Most vendors stand or sit at their table during this time and chat with families who stop by their table.
Arrival Time – Vendors may arrive as early as 4:00 PM to set up your table and mingle with other vendors. The fair will open to families at 5:00 PM.
Parking – Enter the Hilltop Campus at the traffic light (Newton St.) and take the first right. Park on the East/back/right side of the Hilltop Conference Center. There will be balloons and signs for “Vendor Entrance” to help direct you to the correct entrance. This lot may reach its capacity before everyone arrives. If the lot is full, please drive around to the other side (West side) and enter through the main entrance to the Conference Center. There will be volunteers at both entrances to direct you to your table.
High School Volunteers – There will be high school students wearing yellow pinnies that will help you carry your supplies from the parking lot to your table. We have 105 vendors participating this year (20 more than last year), so if a helper is not available, please be patient and understanding.
Vendor Hospitality Suite – We will have a room where you can take a break, grab a bite to eat and mingle with other vendors. It will open at 4:00 PM. We will have complimentary coffee, small sandwiches and other healthy snacks. There will be two water bottles on your table.
Table – You will have two chairs and a table (30 in x 60 in), upon which you may place your brochures/flyers, etc. You may bring a display board, tablecloth and have small giveaways for attendees, however, all these items are completely optional. We will provide a table sign with your organization’s name for each table.
Vendor List – There will be a list of all participating vendors and a table map on your table when you arrive.
Extension Cords – If you requested an electrical outlet, please bring your own extension cord as your table may not be directly in front of the outlet. We were able to accommodate everyone who wanted an outlet.
Entertainment – New this year! There will be three short performances on the stage at the following times:  5:45 PM (Tota Voces Choir), 6:15 PM(KC Cheer), and 7:00 PM (Sonflower Ringers). Our hope is that these performances will not only entertain, but will also give hope to families, especially those with newly diagnosed children.
Internet Access – You will have internet access in the facility if needed, and will receive log-in credentials upon arrival.
PowerPoint Slide – If you haven’t yet submitted a slide for the slide show and would like to, please send it to [email protected] as soon as possible.
Help during the Fair – Please ask one of the Resource Fair Committee members for assistance, who will be wearing blue shirts with “All Mean All” on the front.
IMPORTANT!! We need you to help us spread the word! This fair won’t be worthwhile for you if families don’t attend. I have attached our flyer for the fair. PLEASE share the flyer with your clients, post it on your website and social media outlets, to help us reach as many people who may need these resources. This is a FREE event and open to the public, and FREE child care is provided for attendees.
