SOAR Bunco Night
Our next SOAR Mom’s Bunco Night – Christmas Party version is Friday, Dec 1st from 630-9pm in room 30 at Grace Church – OP. This month’s BUNCO night is the Christmas celebration! Come with a nice $10 gift that is WRAPPED, a snack to share, your own drink (non-alcoholic) and be ready to have some fun! You don’t have to attend Grace to join us! No childcare available. This is open to ANY mom with a child with special needs!

Stress Reduction Course for Caregivers – Saturdays, Jan 20 – Feb 17, 2018, 4-515pm – Grace Church – OP
If you are a caregiver of an individual with special needs, you are invited to participate in a voluntary research study focusing on stress reduction. Through the class, you will learn stress reduction techniques that are proven to decrease your stress and help you manage your daily challenges with more ease. This FREE 5-week class will explore mindfulness, personal reflection, stress reactions, and self-compassion. Materials will be provided. Childcare will be provided. Registration will open in a couple of weeks.
