In response to public comments, several new documents have been added to the KDADS HCBS Final Settings Rule web site.

Person Centered Planning and HCBS along with What the HCBS Rule Means for You. The Administration for Community Living (https://acl.gov/) prepared these two handouts on what the Final Settings Rule means to participants and it is expressed in plain language.
