You’re invited to celebrate 10 years of the YMCA Challenger program at Challenge Your Fashion!
Saturday, January 30, 2016, 6 p.m.
Kansas City Marriott Muehlebach Downtown
Local sports celebrities will challenge their sense of style as they walk the runway to benefit the YMCA Challenger program.
Current and former players from your favorite local teams will leave their jerseys at home in favor of the latest fashions during this fun evening featuring:
Cocktails and silent auction
Dinner
Fashion show with emcee Rex Hudler and Steven St. John
Models including local professional athletes and YMCA Challenger athletes
Live auction by the Nigro Brothers featuring one-of-a kind items like a Florida vacation home stay, trip to Las Vegas and a chocolate Goldendoodle puppy
Live music from the band SELLOUT!
Event proceeds will expand the Fred and Shirley Pryor YMCA Challenger Sports Complex andChallenger programs across the metro. Join us to give more children with special needs the opportunity to play sports, learn new skills, build confidence and make new friends.
The fun begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and silent auction. The program and dinner begin at 7:45 p.m.
