URGENT! Help the National Fragile X Foundation Keep Funding!

I’m forwarding this site which was set up by the National Fragile X Foundation to automatically send urgent letters to your congressional members this week to ask for their support to continue existing funding for fragile x research. We are seeing such promise in existing research that has the potential to help millions of those affected in some way by fragile x. The research could also potentially impact autism, alzheimer’s and parkinsons desease.

Won’t you please take a few moments to fill in the information and have letters with specifics automatically generated to your congressional members. For the personal message, you could say that it’s on behalf of your grandson, friend, nephew, cousin or whatever works for you. You’ll get a chance to review your message in the letter that is generated before it is sent. This needs to be done within the next couple of days in order to reach them in time for a decision to be made. It won’t cost you a dime, just a few minutes of your time.

Again, this is only asking that already existing appropriated funds be continued. We are not asking for additional funds in these troubled times.
